The 18 teams set to compete in the Free Fire World Series (FFWS) 2025 SEA Spring have been confirmed. These teams will battle for a share of the $300,000 prize pool, with the tournament running from April 25 to June 7, 2025. While the Knockout Stage will be held online, the Point Rush and Grand Finals will take place offline in Hanoi, Vietnam.
Tournament Format
Fourteen teams from FFWS SEA 2024 Fall have earned direct invitations, while four additional teams secured their spots through regional qualifiers in Vietnam, Thailand, Indonesia, and Malaysia. The top-performing teams from this event will advance to the Esports World Cup 2025 in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
The 18 participating teams will be divided into three groups for the Knockout Stage, where they will compete in a total of 72 matches. The top 12 teams from this stage will advance to the Point Rush and Grand Finals, while the bottom six teams (13th to 18th place) will be eliminated from the tournament.

Indonesia’s powerhouse squads—RRQ Kazu, Evos Divine, Bigetron Delta, and ONIC Olympus—are expected to be among the top challengers for the title. RRQ Kazu, in particular, finished second in the Free Fire World Series 2024 Global Finals. Meanwhile, Vietnamese team WAG has shown strong performances in recent tournaments and could be a dark horse in the competition.
